Rev. eleuthera [online]. 2022, vol.24, n.1, pp.15-34.  Epub July 06, 2022. ISSN 2011-4532.  https://doi.org/10.17151/eleu.2022.24.1.2.

It is based on the PRISMA-P Protocol, which is recommended for the accomplishment of systematic reviews.

Results.

Likewise, benefits are observed within organizations when they decide to implement these processes, such as improvement of the work environment and teamwork.

Conclusion.

The processes of labor inclusion permit them strengthening of self-esteem, autonomy, social skills, among others wich encourage the improvement of quality life of persons with disability, however, these processes when not properly optimized can generate adverse effects on this population.
