Abstract

GALIANO-MARITAN, Grisel  and  TAMAYO-SANTANA, Gabriela. Constitutional Analysis of Personal Rights and their Relationship with the Rights of "Good Living" in the Constitution of Ecuador. Rev. Derecho Privado [online]. 2018, n.34, pp.123-156. ISSN 0123-4366.  https://doi.org/10.18601/01234366.n34.05.

Personal rights are considered as genuine subjective rights with civil nature. They are fundamental rights, and we look for their link with the cons titutional principle of "Good Living" settled in the Ecuadorian Constitution of 2008. What can be gathered from it is a series of rights and social, economic, environmental and political nature guarantees to reach the sumak kawsay.

Keywords : Personal rights; human rights; fundamental rights; "Good Living"; Constitution.
