Abstract

In the specific scene of financial liability because of electronic fraud, the present article tends to show the issues that will appear if Financial Superintendence of Colombia's Office for Jurisdictional Functions, like sometimes it has done, doesn't consider causality in the ground for liability exclusion "victim's fault". Reduce financial institution's liability due to consumer's fault, which is not an adequate cause of damage, lead to a violation of financial consumer's rights.
