Abstract
ARBOLEDA MORA, Carlos. THE THEOLOGICAL TURN: NEW WAYS OF PHILOSOPHY. Escritos - Fac. Filos. Let. Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2012, vol.20, n.45, pp.257-273. ISSN 0120-1263.
This paper reconstructs the philosophical and theological reasons and characters that started the "Theological Turn" of Phenomenology. An important point is the influence from Dionysius the Aeropagite over the thought of Heidegger, which is not always as recognized as it is the influence of Eckhart over the German author. This birth is linked to the Christian reception of Neoplatonism, which is what constitutes the "Negative Theology". Under this view, the "Theological Turn" aims to broaden the limits of reason in order to exceed the scientific reason and allow a form of reason which includes the gift of the invisible.
