Brachial plexus surgery has substantially improved outcomes in brachial plexus injuries. Since the appearance of microsurgical techniques have been developed several surgical treatment options than with a surgeon specializes in these injuries and intervening at the right time, have improved the prognosis. There are different techniques using nerve grafts, nerve transfers within the same plexus or extra plexus. The ideal time for successful result is up to 6 months of trauma.
