Abstract

This article aims at revising and relating the different theoretical bases from the different fields of social sciences knowledge that give explanations on managerial collaboration. Taking into account Sociology and Economics, together with the development of managerial bases, in the fields of strategy and organization, we get to know how to analyze and interpret the existence of integrated managerial collaborative networks in different ways: productive chains, industrial sectors and clusters.These contributions are applied in wide fields as those applied in economic development, regional development, economic geography, as well as those current fields of competitiveness, social capital and those regarding trust theory, institutional focus on organizational economy together with managerial focus on strategy and organizational behavior.Finally, this article aims at giving precision on terms and concepts that have been applied in the fields of Associativity, differing it from gremial associativity or simple collaboration.
