Abstract

The International Business and Judicial Law specialized language involves a considerable list of competences related with the training and the preparation of the entrepreneurial sector. This paper points out the role of the common law theory as the main source of competence development of company managers, scenario made by management and international business. The common law turns to be an articulator of a specialized language due to the relationship between the fields of economy and law, supported by the Act Law Reports. In fact, they are the result of judicial- economic cases found in those resources, standardized by the Common Law, which really enrich business vocabulary.
