Fright to crime is one of the constitutive elements of uncertainty in contemporary societies. This uncertainty is consolidated and expressed in the daily experience of citizens and in the symbolic-perceptual exchange of space. The objective of the paper is to examine the subjective spaces, and, specifically, the spatial stigmatization, analyzed through the spatial dimension of the perception of criminal insecurity at the neighborhood level. The study is carry out in the city of Resistencia, capital of the Chaco province, Argentina.
