Abstract

MERINO MORENO, Carlos. Organisational intelligence and intellectual capital: : an integration exercise. Innovar [online]. 2007, vol.17, n.29, pp.07-26. ISSN 0121-5051.

Managing intangible assets is becoming a more relevant discipline in current management patterns, particularly bearing in mind those competitive determining factors requiring the suitable management of resources and organisational abilities. Creating, developing and managing organisational knowledge (know-how) and its tools are facing the challenge of completing traditional management schemes. This means that new proposals are needed for integrating those dimensions where advances are being made. The role presented here may thus lead to an exercise in integration regarding the setting of organisational intelligence and intellectual capital as being complementary topics.

Keywords : intellectual capital; organisational intelligence; information management; model.
