Abstract: The research aims to explore and analyze whether the process of knowledge management has a significant impact on the quality of postgraduate teaching. To this end, this study was carried out in a sample of 48 managers from Chilean universities, then the reliability of the data collected was analyzed, and a Principal Component Analysis for the dimensions of knowledge management and Simple Linear Regression Analysis were conducted in order to see its impact on postgraduate teaching. The study results show that knowledge management has a 38.4% explanatory capability on the quality of postgraduate teaching. Consequently, the proposed model is statistically significant (p < 0,01). Thus, we conclude that knowledge management has a positive impact on the quality of postgraduate teaching.
