Corporate Social Responsibility CSR is an element to which organizational language refers in spite of not showing a clear relation with the normal functioning of businesses, at the same time, is a concept that people use in different settings with a extensive production in journals and lectures and business schools. The CSR is accepted by the corporations, social organizations and governments, however, it also has a negative connotation, It looks as a windows wash, employees manipulation or a tool that the system use to counteract the critics. Hence, this paper concludes with unsolved questions and inquiries in spite of the numerous answers and proposals.
