Abstract

TORO ARIAS, JULIANA; RODRIGUEZ CORDOBA, MARÍA DEL PILAR  and  CORREA MENESES, JUAN SEBASTIÁN. ETHICAL GOVERMENT: CONCEPT AND IMPLEMENTATION IN ORGANIZATIONS. Rev.fac.cienc.econ. [online]. 2014, vol.22, n.1, pp.137-151. ISSN 0121-6805.

This paper proposes an ethical government concept and illustrates its implementation in organizations. For this propose, a theoretical journey was done in which different approaches about those issues are addressed. Methodology design is based on a qualitative approach, from which arise four stages: descriptive-conceptual, comprehensive-synthetic, purposeful and applicative. The main conclusion is that the essence to govern ethically implies that those who are part of the government should assume power use in organizational moral values, collectively agreed, so that they will have a positive influence on stakeholders.
