In the work with patients with different conflicts, the psychotherapist must know and resolve their own conflicts, for optimum understanding and performance in clinical intervention with optimal performance and transference and countertransference management. For the vast majority of psychologists in training, specializations, masters and doctorates personal process is extremely important, of course is valid accept the qualities and the most difficult is to accept personal shortcomings with a view to a favorable change. The real psychotherapy applied part of knowing from the intrapsychic jurisdiction to accept our "neurosis" without being a neurotic disorder itself, so to advance our personal process can be ideal ability and ethics to understand our patients and develop a work much more effective in psychotherapy and in the field of the profession of Clinical Psychologists. It is a continuous process everything from the dynamic psychotherapist and psychoanalyst to clinical of any approach and because of this it is necessary to make a stop and maintain mental health to problems and needs of each patient. The clinical skills and attitudes are based on their vocational training process both qualified and qualified and professionally.
