This article analyzes the way in which the Civil Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice carried out the liquidation of lost profits with an accretion in judgment SC4703 of October 22, 2021, where the inaccuracies will be presented: omission of application of the accrual during the consolidated loss of earnings and the wrong deduction of personal expenses when only an indirect victim claims, which generated an enrichment for the victim.
