Abstract

In this article, we focus in one of the contemporary trends in the field of management, ontological coaching. The novelty of this proposal lies in the strict philosophical foundation for organizational management. Through an analysis of some of the texts released by one of his founders, the meanings and social conditions that guide this new Management proposal are recognized. A preliminary result shows that the abstraction of the management discourse is necessary as it allows reproducing the conditions of organizational control in a context of crisis management technique.
