Abstract
LLOMPARTE FRENZEL, María Paula; CZYTAJLO, Natalia; POLITI, Silvia and CASARES, Marta. Social Innovation and Learning Communities in the Teaching of Urban Planning. Contributions by the Tucuman Metropolitan Observatory (Argentina). Territ. [online]. 2021, n.44spe, pp.238-260. Epub July 03, 2022. ISSN 0123-8418. https://doi.org/10.12804/revistas.urosario.edu.co/territorios/a.9044.
The article reflects on experiences in collaborative knowledge building and socialization environments from urbanism's disciplinary field that is developed from a public university space, the Observatory of Urban and Territorial Phenomena articulating the functions of teaching, research and extension. The use of collaborative maps is exposed as a methodology in the teaching-learning process that promotes the recognition and analysis of the metropolitan territory of the province of Tucumán, with indicators and cartography on issues related to public policies and the new urban agenda. Pedagogical experiences are provided as results from the emerging dimensions of planning and urbanism, such as gender, landscape, vulnerability and risk; and innovations and tools replicated in the context of pandemic, social isolation and virtualization of education.
