The new coronavirus (now called SARS-CoV2) discovered in China became a pandemic in less than three months. Patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 present symptoms of fever, dyspnea, lymphopenia, anosmia, dysgeusia, and ground-glass opacity in chest computed tomography. The clinical presentation ranges from mild disease to respiratory failure, shock, and multi-organ failure. The first two cases of patients with cancer and diagnosis of Covid-19 with co-infections are reported at Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, ESE.
