Abstract

This research paper framed within the line of inquiry Learning Management, deals with the main lessons that have acquired the management of basic education in the state of Durango, Mexico, for the best performance of their duties. From a study of narrative histories of 16 directors of state primary education outside the school zone 24 the education sector 1 of the Ministry of Education. The data analysis was performed using the computer statistical package you Atlas ti version 7.5. The research findings show that there are two main lessons that have acquired the management of basic education in the state of Durango, Mexico, from their teachers for the better performance of their function: a) teamwork, which aspects emerge as an effective and efficient organization of work, always work together and have the best attitude to work and b) shared leadership, where elements such as optimal management and conflict resolution, leadership and decision making together are perceived by part of the school community.
