Abstract

ARAUJO-ONATE, Rocío Mercedes. Access to Justice and Effective Judicial Constitutional Protection. A proposal to Strengthen Administrative Justice. A Comparative Law Perspective. Estud. Socio-Juríd [online]. 2011, vol.13, n.1, pp.247-291. ISSN 0124-0579.

In order to determine the content of the fundamental rights of access to justice and effective judicial protection of constitutional rights, the elements that comprise them are systematically analyzed from a theoretical-dogmatic perspective and from the meaning that doctrine, national jurisprudence and comparative law have assigned to these institutions. The paper discusses the legal implications for administrative justice based on said rights and identifies certain elements that should be taken into account to strengthen the value of justice and public services, which materializes in the administration of justice.
