This article's goal is to analyze the international management structure of Colombian companies within the framework of the export and economic liberation model. The pursuit of international business opportunities changed Colombia's business management position. International business management constitutes an essential approximation that any entrepreneur must meet in any productive form established under the economic reality of a country. It is the commercial and productive expectations along with the mobility of the businesses that require broader and more extensive criteria on the part of those who exercise Management or the frame of thought of the companies. International management intends to illustrate and guide the lines of work that the entrepreneur must have when it comes to locating such multifocal opposite.
