Latin America can be understood by different viewpoints, therefore is inadmissible to not choice one point of view when elucidating social facts and phenomena that are given in a certain time and place. In the following article, we pose a viewpoint based on the principle of materialist conception of the history, looking for being detached from the European-centered reasoning and being critic -through the History- to the models abroad Latin America, founded on the need of building a Latin American Marxist theoretic frame that elicit discussions and thought about this subject.
