Abstract

This essay seeks to make an analysis of the pedagogical and didactic tools that are most appropriate for teaching orality to face the new Colombian civil procedure which is part of the hearings and put aside the scriptural procedural system for makes it more expeditious and effective processes. It is important that the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Libre of Colombia, Cucuta, take action on the matter and prepare microcurriculos around a transverse axis involving the civil orality.
