Abstract

This article presents a rather complex subject in educational institutions of the public sector of the city of Villavicencio, such as the school April 6, on the implementation of mediation in the school and the knowledge of the benefits, characteristics and criteria of mediation strategies. With the aim of contributing to a critical reflection in which some authors and professionals present their postulates about mediation and its application in the school sector, this research aims to analyze the school experiences on social and cultural phenomena generated during school coexistence. This study seeks to enrich the knowledge of the school population, and its different problems with the purpose of improving the processes of learning and dialogue of differences without involving the court.
