Abstract
SANTAMARIA AYALA, Jefferson. VIRTUAL TEAM LEADERSHIP: BILIOMETRIC STUDY. Tend. [online]. 2021, vol.22, n.2, pp.349-370. Epub Sep 06, 2021. ISSN 0124-8693. https://doi.org/10.22267/rtend.212202.180.
The purpose of this article is to present a bibliometric review of the topics related to leadership in virtual teams, showing its trends, evolution in scientific production, the journals with the greatest impact, and the most distinctive authors. Likewise, a study of agglomeration and concordance in the VOSviewer software was used; as a result, 192 research documents were found in a period from 1998 to 2020 through a search equation formulated in the Scopus database; showing a growing interest in relation to leadership in virtual teams. Finally, as the main finding, five bibliographic clusters (CB) were found that could establish new lines of documentary and field research on leadership in digital environments.
