Cooperativism and strategy have been in recent days important topics in the academy and at research level. Cooperativism is an alternative model that aims at the organization of production and work. Strategy, on the other hand, is a study and practical field, whose understanding depends on the characteristics of the people who study and define them. This paper follows the Hafsi, Séguin and Toulousse's strategy model in order to explain how this topic has been understood in submitted articles about worker's cooperatives, through literature review in academy journals in cooperativism and management.
