Abstract

MEJIA WALKER, Juan Camilo  and  MONTOYA RUIZ, Ana Milena. ¿Qué están investigando los estudiantes de derecho en Colombia?: Un diagnóstico a propósito del investigando 2005. Opin. jurid. [online]. 2006, vol.5, n.10, pp.183-195. ISSN 1692-2530.

The current demands imposed by society on Law professionals have awaken the interest by professors and students for the juridical and socio-juridical research; therefore, many spaces for academic interchange and reflection have been opened up, such as in the case of INVESTIGANDO 2005 (RESEARCHING 2005). This event, carried out on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of May, 2005 in the University of Antioquia opened way to reflections on the social functions of Law research, as well as on public policies that promote research in the educational institutions. Likewise, the event acted as a scenario to recognizing - through a diagnosis- the interests, practices, juridical and socio-juridical research experiences on behalf of the Law students in Colombia.

Keywords : juridical and socio-juridical research; research experiences; student research interests; student research practices.
