The use of forages in pig feeding brings with it nutritional and physiological advantages that favor pig behavior. Mulberry has excellent nutritional quality and was used with goats, sheep and cattle; The objective of this research was to evaluate the productive response in the fattening stage in crossbred pigs of Pietrain and Landrace breeds, when using mulberry (Morus alba) foliage as a partial substitute for commercial concentrate. The research was developed in the Faculty of Animal Sciences, Chone extension, and was made up of 16 pigs, the treatments studied were T0 as a control, T1, T2 and T3 will correspond to 3, 6 and 9% of mulberry flour in the feeding of pigs, distributed in four treatments with four repetitions and one individual. The main variables evaluated were: daily weight gain, daily feed intake, feed conversion and mortality. Pigs were weighed every 15 days, determining the average live weight, average daily gain and feed conversion. Statistical analysis was performed using the Simple or Totally Random Classification Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) procedure, where a 95% confidence interval was obtained. The inclusion of mulberry flour at 3% can improve the productive parameters of crossbred pigs of Pietrain and Landrace breeds.
