The research summarized in this article corresponds to the case study of the actions that institutions of Bogota city have taken, intended to guarantee, in a differentiated way, the right to health care for transgender people. The article focuses in the social conditions and agents that intervene in this process, from the perspective that social agents involved (district institutions, LGBT organizations and transwomen) have taken reflexive and intentional actions to transform reality. By means of a qualitative strategy, they were identified the obstacles and challenges that the vindication of the corporal transformations presents to the study field of contemporary issues of inclusive development.
