Abstract

From fieldwork undertaken in two research projects, the article explains why the memory is not only necessary for building peace and reconciliation instrument, but also a benchmark of public policy, in this case, minority population of the department of Antioquia, which is revealed from the issues raised by some indigenous communities, and from narratives of black women displaced by violence.
