GRANADOS FERREIRA, Jackeline. Analysis of artificial intelligence in labor relations. rev.ces derecho [online]. 2022, vol.13, n.1, pp.111-132.  Epub June 07, 2022. ISSN 2145-7719.  https://doi.org/10.21615/cesder.6395.

Artificial intelligence is considered a chain of technologies, which are used for the purpose of acting like human beings, that is, a series of artificial systems that allow the development of professional tasks or activities through machines that think and function like people. For this reason, we see that businessmen have been questioning the importance of articulating artificial intelligence in their economic activity. At this time artificial intelligence has reached a notable space within the labor context, and that is why it is of unusual importance to make an analysis on the advantageous preponderance in labor relations. The purpose of this article is not only to study the historical relationship between the world of work and artificial intelligence, but also to scrutinize the legal security and social relations of human work in the face of the evolution of artificial intelligence in the relationships typical of work scenarios. For the development of this essay we start from the genesis on the subject of artificial intelligence, then we define the concept by the different writers to articulate it to the business field and therefore the incidence in labor relations, and finally unveiling a position on the subject of reflection.
