The teaching of Social Sciences in K-12 involves thinking about training purposes that foster critical and reflexive positions in regard to social reality in favor of its positive transformation. The article presents a documentary analysis of the last five years (2015-2019), based on the search for books and both reflection and investigation articles, mainly in the Ibero-American context. The aim is to establish the relationship between soundscape, heritage education and territorial intelligence. A description of the fundamental concepts on this subject was made, secondary structured information sources, contained in academic databases and primary sources, were reviewed and the data obtained from these sources were analyzed. As a conclusion, it is important to integrate to the teaching of Social Sciences, contents referred to the study of the sound in patrimonial key, allowing the development of territorial intelligence as a valid educational contribution, and promoting awareness towards the conservation of cultural identity and sustainable soundscapes.
