REA RUBIANO, Eliana Sofía  and  SALDARRIAGA VELEZ, Jaime Alberto. Emotions and Justice Practices: Reflections for Addressing School Violence(s). Trab. soc. [online]. 2023, vol.25, n.1, pp.143-165.  Epub Mar 01, 2023. ISSN 2256-5493.  https://doi.org/10.15446/ts.v25n1.101858.

This article, derived from the doctoral research project Scope and limitations of restorative justice in the approach to school violence(s) in Colombia, makes an analytical tour of the complex relationship between emotions and practices of justice at school, focusing on school violence. In general, it covers both epistemological perspectives and some theoretical approaches that have addressed the place of emotions in school justice practices. Furthermore, it discovers the need to transcend functional views towards complex analyses of school violence(s) and emotions in school justice.

Keywords : School violence; emotions; political emotions; school justice.
