Abstract

RONDON DAZAL, Lina Paola. Elements to Analyze the Restorative Nature of Recognition by Those Responsible for Crimes Against Humanity. Trab. soc. [online]. 2023, vol.25, n.2, pp.91-126.  Epub June 28, 2024. ISSN 2256-5493.  https://doi.org/10.15446/ts.v25n2.101941.

The purpose of this document, from a restorative justice perspective, is to create analysis criteria of the recognition process made by those appearing before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace. These criteria emerged from the analysis of the victims' narratives in Case 01: Hostage-taking, serious deprivation of liberty, and other concurrent crimes committed by the FARC-EP. The criteria in mention were accepted as guiding elements to analyze the restorative effect of the narratives of those responsible in relation to the victims by the Chamber for the Recognition of the Truth and the responsibility of the same jurisdiction.

Keywords : Moral Damage; Restorative Justice; recognition; suffering.
