Abstract

Reflection article resulting from the work carried out during the academic practice in the Colombian Commission of Jurists that seeks to point out the importance of giving content to terms as restoration and reparation, to guide intervention measures in which Restorative Justice, as an aspiration of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, poses challenges in processes with victims and participants. The above is approached with the macro-case 01 of the SJP and from two proposals that seek to materialize the restorative component in this: Works and activities with restorative-reparative content and private meetings for restoration.
