FONSECA-ORTIZ, Tania Lucia; CORTES-CASTILLO, Darío Enrique and CARDONA-OROZCO, Andrés Felipe. Hybrid and Unrestricted Warfare in a Multidimensional Post-agreement Security Environment in Colombia. This article aims to identify the way in which the counter-hegemonic bloc in convergence of interests executes in Latin America and, particularly, in Colombia the thesis of hybrid and unrestricted war from the perspective of the post-agreement. Methodologically, it is employed a qualitative analysis that starts from a bibliographic review through which the description of the theories of genesis and evolution of the new wars is prioritized to the verification of the national panorama, epicenter of conflict dynamics for more than ninety years. As results, it was found that hybrid wars under the leadership of counter-hegemonic countries, articulating anti-systemic, guerrilla and transnational crime movements transferred the scenario of confrontation to Latin America and especially to Colombia, concluding that the existence of post-agreement budgets from the perspective of peace building is prevented without being able to consolidate in spaces of reconciliation and social transformation.
