The peasant in Colombia has been affected by different social, economic and cultural phenomena, which can be seen in the study that was carried out in the Siete Trojes locality, in the municipality of Mosquera, Cundinamarca. The study analyzes changes in land use, customs and economic activities of the population due to the conurbation of the city of Bogota with neighboring towns and the implementation of a national development model.
