Peter Ducker is one of the most important authors related to management. He is considered as the founder of modern management. Organizational Theory, an important branch of Management Theory, will always require an anthropologic point of view and a detailed study of human actions, that is why in this document is suggested a approximation to the study of principles and values of entrepreneurs' human actions in relation to Peter Drucker's statements. Moreover, the assumptions of capitalism development are reviewed, with the purpose of building a human action axiology of this agent. A detailed analysis about internalization, enterprise action of the entrepreneur and its consequences and effects is developed in order to conclude which are the principles and values that promote this specialized behavior.
