Abstract
GONZALEZ GONZALEZ, PATRICIA. Significant associations between tacit-explicit knowledge conversion and decision-making models in MSMEs in Cali-Colombia. estud.gerenc. [online]. 2011, vol.27, n.119, pp.151-168. ISSN 0123-5923.
The article seeks to determine the degree of significant existing associations between the generation of knowledge regarding tacit-explicit knowledge conversion and rational, political, and anarchic process-based decision-making models. To this end, a survey was conducted among 270 managers of micro, small, or mediumsized enterprises (MSMEs) registered with the Cali Chamber of Commerce. The methodology involved using a chi-square test to establish association levels based on an analysis of dichotomous contingency tables. The results obtained made it possible to conclude that there are significant associations between the conversion of knowledge and decision-making models in the companies under review.
