For that, the study employed a deductive approach and the monographical procedura method. The appearance of solidarity is an overcoming of the individualism that predominated in the Private Right for a long time. The mere logic of profit at any cost must be banida in the light of the social valueo labor and the rest of constitutional values of society, towards the respect of human rights in the incidence of social solidarity. In the other hand, currently, new forms of slavery are taking place, not necessarily linked to physical restrctions of freedom. In this context, the significance of solidarity as a fundamental element of society is evident, as well as its usefulness for protecting human and labor rights.
