Intensive systems of commercial egg production can lead to the birds to a state of immunosuppression; this can be mitigated with the supply of substances that activate the physiological mechanisms of animal. This study evaluated the effect of a complex of vitamins and amino acids in the productive performance of laying hens. A flock of 20395 layer hens Lohmann LSL, which was divided into two groups: the first group was treated with vitamins and amino acids (T2); the second group was established as the control (T1). T2 Hotelling statistic and Spearman's method used for determining the relationship between variables, where the analysis was supplemented by one-way descriptive technique. For the production variables feed intake, egg production rate, egg hen housed, viability and feed conversion was found highly significant differences (p <0,0001) in the average effect of the groups taking all response variables simultaneously. The group of layer hens, which will supply the complex vitamins and amino acids, achieve better production performance.
