MAHECHA LOPEZ, Eliana María. Education and culture of legality. Justicia Juris [online]. 2014, vol.10, n.2, pp.43-52. ISSN 1692-8571. https://doi.org/10.15665/rj.v10i2.326.
Legality is a strategy against violence and corruption that aims to generate a cultural change. This change takes place in the open social rejection to this type of behavior. This means that you educate the population to opt for a correct behavior and the peaceful resolution of conflicts. The goal is to implement Legality from school level in such a way that the fight against corruption is much sharper than it has been. This article is based on a research project entitled "The culture of legality: a choice of fighting corruption" which was proposed to analyze the causes of the phenomenon, to then propose solutions to education for both teachers and schoolchildren. There was used a method of qualitative analysis, in which various expert sources were consulted on the issue and some interviews were made to people who have implemented the strategy of the culture of legality. From the information obtained, there was a reflection on what strategy should include a culture of legality to education to ensure their effectiveness.
