It is intended to question from a feminist perspective the inclusion of women in higher education, specifically at the Universidad Católica Luis Amigo-Medellín. Qualitative design and document review strategy are used. For the analysis of the information, use is made of hermeneutics provided by legal feminisms to understand the concept of women that serves as a basis for institutional norms and decisions. To make visible the existence of access barriers, prejudices, stereotypes linked to gender as a social and cultural construction that needs to be addressed by the institutions in their welfare programs when designing their inclusion and permanence policies at the university level.
