This article is based on acknowledging the application of the processes of justice constructed based on race, interculturality, and decolonial thought, from Afro communities, as a guarantee for the reconstruction of autonomous, intercultural, and governance forms, which resolve conflicts. The methodological design was founded on a sociological and legal review that allowed us to reach other forms of justice. A reading that, strengthened in legal pluralism, appropriates narratives that dialogue with the cultures and identities of the territories.
