Abstract

The marketing research is not restricted to any specific type of problem. Its intention is to provide valuable, updated, reliable and valid information, which allows to take the best decisions on having faced a problem or situation to specify. In this work there are in use proper technologies or skills of the marketing research with the aim to identify a methodological process that allows to know the preferences of the clients plaintiffs of housing and of this form, to provide a tool that turns out to be useful for the sector of the construction since it offers valuable information for the capture of decisions succeeded at the moment of offering projects that manage to satisfy the needs of the clients. In it there are specified and define all those key concepts that the understanding of the manual makes possible on the part of the reader. Besides, are illustrated some applications of the scale of measure of the degree of habitational satisfaction constructed by the authoresses of the work, for the families cores in strata socio - economic 3 and 4 in Valle de Aburrá, with the aim to order to acquaint the user with the correct way of applying the scale of measure.
