Abstract
MARULANDA-AREVALO, JOSE LUDDEY; CASTANEDA-QUINTANA, SAUL and REMOLINA-MILLAN, ADULJAY. COATINGS DEPOSITED BY CVD-FBR FOR PROTECTION AT HIGH TEMPERATURE. Dyna rev.fac.nac.minas [online]. 2013, vol.80, n.181, pp.181-191. ISSN 0012-7353.
The chemical vapor deposition by fluidized bed (CVD-FBR) is a variant of the chemical vapor deposition technique; which combines advantages of thermal activation by heating and the fluidized bed. The CVD-FBR coatings are widely researched and used because of the need to protect surface components that operate at high temperatures, which has increased significantly. It also has the advantage of being a low cost technique, the composition of the deposited material can be controlled easily, allowing making coatings with a preferential orientation that allows obtaining interfaces with anisotropic properties; these coatings are deposited at low temperatures and atmospheric pressure.
