Abstract

A complete psychiatric treatment is proposed for the concept of the psychopatological continuum known as Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorders (OCSD) that affects a significant proportion of population. This scheme or plan introduces in the two time strategy called " psychiatrists as bimodal relationators ", a third time of psychosocial re-education, and hence the name of "trimodal relationators". The recognition of this third dimention is taking as a startpoint in this patient"s micro and macro affective psychotoxic environment, wich must be considerated whitin the Psychiatric Operative Units (POU) for a real social re-insertion.
