We reported here a case of a female dog, eight years old, mixed breed. It was gone at University of Antioquia Hospital presenting vomiting, abdominal distension and lost of appetite. The patient was admitted to the surgery unit for abdominal exploratory surgery and it was found a mass in the left uterine horn. The histopatologic study was a cavernus hemangioma.
