Abstract
ALZATE G, Adriana Mercedes et al. Genetic variability of cassava grown by small farmers in the Caribbean Region of Colombia. Acta Agron. [online]. 2010, vol.59, n.4, pp.385-393. ISSN 0120-2812.
Using molecular microsatellites analysis, the genetic diversity of 717 cassava genotypes from small formers in the Caribbean region of Colombia was assessed. Six genetically distinct groups was established, with a low Gst (0.18), indicating that the variability was not due to differences between groups but within each group. The genetic diversity was high (Ht: 0.61692).
