The Airtrack®) is a single use, optical laryngoscope designed to facilitate oro-tracheal intubation. It allows a full visualization of the glotis withouth neck hiperextension required. We present two cases where this device has been used with different results, in patients where a cervical spine injury was suspected. We are also discussing the management of an anticipated difficult airway acces.
