This article introduce the way as Habermas reformulates the Kant’s moral theory from an principle of universality in the molds of discursive ethical - which if search justify rationally the moral point of view of the subjects inserted in social actions in dimension multicultural. They are a retaking of the main characteristics of the ethics of Kant under the light of the transformations of the philosophy post-illuminist and of the society post-conventional.
